RELIQ
RELIQ was born to unite these timeless elements.
Every piece is more than adornment—it is a relic, a connection to the cosmic and the ancient.
Forged with fragments of meteorites, the bones of dinosaurs, rare gemstones, and diamonds, each piece carries billions of years of history, captured in a single moment of beauty.

Geode Cracking!
1
Pick your geode
Shops sell uncut geodes by size, usually from a bin or barrel. Most are "coconut" geodes from Mexico, round and rough on the outside. No two are alike, and nobody knows what is inside until it opens.
2
Crack it open
The geode goes into the cracking device, which tightens a chain evenly around the shell. Depending on the shop it might be a wheel you turn, a tabletop ratchet, a lever, or a hydraulic press. You can start it, and the shop finishes the crack in the device until it splits with a pop.
3
See what is inside
Hollow geodes are lined with quartz crystals, often clear or smoky, sometimes purple amethyst. Solid ones show banded agate. Either way, you keep both halves.
