How do I make a return?

Kubio’s return policy is 30 after receipt of delivery. Please note that ALL sale items and Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE

In order to accept a return, products must be in their ORIGINAL condition. All products must have their original tags intact.  Clothing must be unworn and unwashed. NO smell or stains. This includes being free of make-up, perfume, deodorant and animal hair. Candles must be unused. Soaps, lotions and beauty products must be UNUSED.

If an item is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, it will be mailed back to you. No exceptions.

How soon will I get my refund?

If your refund is approved, it will take at least 5-7 days to process. The credit will be put back on your original form of payment. You will be notified by email once the refund process has begun. 

How do I ship back the items?

Kubio does not pay for any shipping costs for the return of an item. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Kubio headquarters. The shipping costs associated with the initial order will not be refunded either.

 The item I received is damaged!

If your item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part, we sincerely apologize! Please email us within 7 days, sales@kubiostudios.com and we will take care of the return, free of charge! 

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange, please return your item per our refund policy above

We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items. Please check our website for available items.  

If you would like a store credit, that can be arranged as well. Please email us at, sales@kubiostudios.com

SHIPPING

Shipping charge will depend on destination and weight of items purchased. This should be clear to you at check out. Remember, we ship for FREE on all orders over $75!

Delivery time depends on destination and other factors (some we have no control of – weather, shipper labor shortages, etc.). We strive to ship your items within 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply – typically 2-5 days transit time. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as items ship.
