Dugout Mugs founder was coaching college baseball in 2014 when he saw a baseball bat barrel sitting in a dugout. He picked it up, looked at it, and asked himself "can I drill out the center of this bat barrel and turn it into a mug?" 

Four years later, Major League Baseball would add them as an officially licensed partner.
