The General's Hot Sauce was conceived by a group of veterans at a tailgater during the 2012 Army-Navy football game. Inspired by a close friend who actually serves as a general in the military and loves to make wings for his friends and family, the company launched with a simple mission:
Produce the highest quality American-made, all-natural, gourmet hot sauce possible, using the very best ingredients, and borrowing tactics from the bourbon and wine industries. Support the American farmer by growing all our peppers in the U.S.
Serve the greater good by creating jobs for veterans, and by donating a meaningful percentage of our profits back to organizations that support our troops, veterans, and their families.
We proudly introduce The Sergeant Major! At 25.3 fl ounces, it checks in at better than 4x the size of our standard TGHS grenade bottle. The Sergeant Major is a top secret blend of our cayenne and habanero pepper mash--a strong cayenne flavor profile, but with a backdoor kicker of habanero punch. Solid heat, massive flavor; like all our sauces, the Sergeant Major is 86% actual peppers.

HOOAH Jalapeño is carefully blended from precisely aged, American-grown peppers. HOOAH Jalapeño carries a mild-medium heat profile, and is a versatile flavor that can be used anywhere. We love it on tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and (our favorite) scrambled eggs. If you want rich pepper flavor with just a casual hint of heat, you found the right product.
